Competitors who submit business plans are invited to display a tradeshow/showcase exhibit from 5:00 - 9:00pm on Thursday, March 26th at the location of the Elevator Pitch Presentations. Tables will be ready for you to set up on at 4:00pm. You must have your display completely set up by 5:00pm. These exhibits are not mandatory and will not be judged. This is an opportunity for teams to display information about their products and/or services for public viewing.

Items that may be displayed can include, but are not limited to:

• Copy of the business plan
• Products
• Description of services
• Photos, charts, graphs
• Market research data
• Media clips
• Business cards

Teams will be provided with a 3' x 3' table space. You may utilize the space above and below the table only. Table space must be reserved at the time you turn in your business plan. Electrical outlets are available. When you reserve your space let us know if you will need an outlet.

Please be aware:

• Economic Fuel employees will not be monitoring display tables
• Economic Fuel is not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged display items
• Only standard paper business cards may be handed out
• No samples of any type may be distributed or made available - including food or drinks!

REMEMBER TO RESERVE YOUR TABLE SPACE WHEN TURNING IN YOUR BUSINESS PLAN
